How does the cost split work?
The app suggests a fair rate per ride based on the route. The passenger contributes to fuel, the driver recovers part of the cost. The terms of service allow cost sharing only, with no profit.
Do I need a car?
No. As a passenger you set your route and get suggestions from drivers going the same way.
What if the driver cancels the ride?
You get a notification and suggestions for other rides on the same route. With a regular group you usually have several people to choose from.
Is it safe?
Every user confirms their email address and phone number when creating an account. Commutes to work are repetitive, so you ride with the same, familiar faces from your route. We're also preparing post-ride ratings.
What is a corridor, and why doesn't my route work yet?
We open routes one by one, starting with the ones most people drive. Add yours in the app. The more sign-ups from one direction, the sooner we start it.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free for drivers and passengers, and it doesn't take a cut of settlements.
